Making reels
Do I have to choose my best photos?
No, that’s the point. Choose the kind of reel you want, then add all your photos and videos. Reelive looks at every photo and clip, skips the near-duplicates and keeps the best moments.
A reel failed. What now?
Open it from My Reels and tap Retry, or choose another template. A failed reel doesn’t count towards your free reels or your Pro limits. If it keeps failing, send us feedback from the reel or Settings.
Can I change the text in a template?
Yes. Templates with text let you type your own before the reel is made.
Where do I post my reel?
Save it to your phone or share it straight from the app. Reels are vertical, with no watermark, ready for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Account
Do I need an account?
You can look around without one. To make a reel, sign in with Apple or Google. If you started as a guest, signing in keeps what you’ve done so far.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This deletes your reels, uploads and account details. See Delete your account for what happens and how to do it without the app.
Reelive Pro
What do I get with Pro?
More reels: up to 30 a day, with up to 3 being made at once, every template, and your reels are made first. Your first 2 reels are free.
How do I cancel Pro Yearly?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Reelive, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current year to stop the next renewal. You keep Pro until then. The Week Pass never renews, so there’s nothing to cancel.
I bought Pro but don’t see it
In the app, go to Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Still missing? Email us.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy and safety
What happens to my photos?
They’re used only to make your reels. They’re never posted anywhere or used for ads, and they’re deleted when you delete your account. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Email support@reelive.app with “Report” in the subject, and tell us what and where it is. See section 13 of the Terms of Use.
